Responsible for customer support at a software level. Business Analyst and software consultant for the purchase of specialised software based on specific cutomer needs. Website design and customization for a number of ERP, CRM systems, based on the needs for each business. Development of specialised reporting for businesses with the help of Microsoft Visual Studio (C#).

Lysias Law Firm & Associates

Chief Technology Officer (CTO), responsible for creating and maintaining a custom installation with the help of Open Source Dolibarr ERP and MySQL Database. Support for existing users within the company and also for the design and implementation of the company’s Web Site/Application regarding company presentation and a system for Online Appointments and payments.

2022 – 2023

Kreosys

Chief Technology Officer (CTO), responsible for creating custom reports in SAP B1 ERP (HANA edition) with the help of Microsoft Visual Studio (C#) and Hana SQL. Also responsible for the second line of support for SAP users within the company’s network for the majority of departments (Accounting, Finance, Operations).

2018 - 2022

Responsible for the creation and operation of the commercial department, the communication with the customers as well as the drafting and finalization of all commercial agreements (contracts). Business Analyst and Strategist for the upper layer customer accounts. Advisable has been included as a leading company in the Greek market in the field of software solutions for online pharmacies and Business to Business (B2B) large drugstore systems, advertising and strategy services and the creation of complex bridges with top third-party Artificial Intelligence systems and most Greek ERP Systems (Softone, ILIDA, Smartware, Entersoft, Lavinet etc.).

2009 – 2012

Reveka Evelin

Director of IT and responsible for the creation and maintenance of the company's network (13 physical stores in 7 cities) at a software level. My duties include the configuration and maintenance of the company's ERP (TESAE Pegasus) regarding the retail sales, as well as the configuration and maintenance of the Central Warehouse regarding all basic business procedures. Other duties include a 12-hour critical technical support on call service for a number of 40 employees in a daily basis fashion.
